Activities TOLEDO, Ohio (May 1, 2009)-Meridian Entertainment and Toledo Speedway announced today that founding member of The Allman Brothers Band, Dickey Betts and Great Southern, will headline the 2009 Toledo Speedway Jam on Saturday, July 18, 2009.

Betts is best known for writing and singing the The Allman Brothers' biggest hit, "Ramblin' Man", which topped the charts in 1973.
