Betts is best known for writing and singing the The Allman Brothers' biggest hit, "Ramblin' Man", which topped the charts in 1973. The announcement of Betts and his band, Great Southern, reinforces the Toledo Speedway Jam's return to its classic rock roots. In addition to live music entertainment, the 2009 Toledo Speedway Jam will also feature a remarkable mix of beverage and food options.
