Hi Lori, Just wanted to let you know, I will be at the Rock cooking for Sheltra Motorsports.There are no hamburgers ar hotdogs on the menu. One of the entres that I will be serving is "Asian Pork Loin with Stir Fried Mixed vegetables and Garlic Roated Mashed Potatos. For dessert," Chocolate Cherry Mousse with a Brandy Laced Whiped Cream. haha, well I already am to some degree! My friend is a PR girl for ARCA... and her pops races in ARCA--so she's getting me into it a bit more. I promise to watch more races this season!! My ex boyfriend is racing in the ARCA race at Rockingham most likely so I'm definitely going to be there with him :)
